Cli-converter

Cconvert is a file conversion service built using FastAPI that allows you to convert various file formats using tools like ffmpeg, assimp, inkscape, imagemagick, vips, pandoc, xelatex, and ghostscript. It's designed to be easy to use and supports a wide range of input and output formats.

To use cconvert, send a PUT request to the /{target_formats} endpoint with the file you want to convert. The target_formats parameter should be a hyphen-separated list of the desired output formats.

This will convert the input file to both stl and fbx formats.

Endpoints

• PUT /{target_formats}: Upload and convert file.
• GET /download/{file_id}/{index}: Download converted file.
• GET /supported-formats: List all supported input and output formats.
• GET /health: Service health check and status.

ffmpeg:

• Input: mp4, avi, mkv, mov, wmv, flv, webm, mpeg, m4v, 3gp, mp3, wav, aac, ogg, flac, m4a, wma
• Output: mp4, webm, gif, mov, mp3, wav, ogg, flac

assimp:

• Input: obj, fbx, dae, 3ds, blend, x, md5mesh, lwo, stl
• Output: obj, stl, fbx, dae, x3d, ply, glb, gltf

inkscape:

• Input: svg, ai, eps, pdf, wmf, emf
• Output: svg, png, pdf, eps, ps, emf, wmf

imagemagick:

• Input: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp, tiff, webp, heic
• Output: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp, tiff, webp, pdf

vips:

• Input: jpg, jpeg, png, tiff, webp, heif, heic, avif
• Output: jpg, jpeg, png, tiff, webp, avif

pandoc:

• Input: md, docx, doc, html, tex, rst, org, wiki
• Output: pdf, docx, html, md, tex, rst, org, epub

xelatex:

• Input: tex
• Output: pdf

ghostscript:

• Input: ps, eps, pdf
